Hey guys, I have been lurking around here for awhile, doing quite a bit of learning and felt it was time to formally introduce myself. I was under another name for awhile but couldn't post due to the fact i never confirmed my email address and lost the email to do so.

Anyways, I am 35, 5'9, and 180lbs. Been lifting on and off since highschool. Due to a shoulder injury I have been down for awhile. Just recently got back in the game. I have done four cycles in the past but nothing in the past 5 years. I have just recently been put on trt and I am loving it so far! Once I get back to where I was in terms of working out i plan to do another cycle in conjunction with my trt regiment.

Anyhow, I have learned a lot reading through these threads and hope to continue to be educated. I am grateful for this forum and the opportunities it brings. Hopefully I can share what experience I have in return. Glad to be a part of evo.

Thanks all for the welcome...pretty pumped to have my doctors release and be able to hit the gym again. Worked out my shoulders for first time yesterday with no pain. Any advice on some good muscle building exercises for delts that are easy on the joints?

Welcome aboard

Thanks guys...I see from jrb and treys profiles that yall are from the south. Nice to see some locals on board. I am from Cajun country but presently in Texas doing some fishing at Rayburn.

Yah I used to come all the time as a kid and always did well, but it has been a long time since I have been. Water is crazy high right now. Weather didn't really cooperate today but gonna try to bring the boat out tomorrow and hopefully have some luck. If not, guess I will just have to settle for getting a buzz and a tan!
