First of all a warm hello to everybody.
I am a 27 years old guy who has trained for some years back before i got stomach problems. now i am feeling better and want train but the lack of nergy and motivation doesnt let me train.

What would you guys recommend for a first time AAS user and where can i get it ?

Seriously? You mention lack of motivation and energy and you're asking where you can score some gear? Lol

Get your priorities straight bro. That drive to train comes from inside. You won't find it in a pill or syringe.

Don't even consider a cycle until you sort out your main issue.

I highly recommend you watch this video I put out on how to properly run your first steroid cycle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqBLCSaKsW4

I wouldn't start a steroid cycle until you have at least 3 years of solid training under your belt. To really get a lot out of the steroids, you need to build a foundation first. Steroids are catalysts. They speed up reactions but don't cause reactions. They basically amplify your results. You need to be doing everything right to begin with.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

You can order everything you need for the cycle and the PCT protocol from ag-guys.com, n2bm.com and sarms1.com.

I was thinking the same thing.

too many guys hop on steroids, get nowhere and then end up quitting. and through it all they end up with damaged HPTA's. not good

until you commit to this game, you shouldn't mess with steroids because it is truly a lifestyle

That is sound advice, Robben. Do yourself the great favor of heading it. You would be much better off.

Lack of energy and motivation seem like a psychological problem. Once you fix this, only then consider anything with gear, otherwise you will get into a deeper 'dip'.

Reconsider priorities, maybe change up some things in life (for me even re-arranging furniture in my room helps with these things). Do not look for an answer in a syringe.

Unless your training and diet are locked in and consistent, steroids will do nothing for you except shut down natural test production. This will make you feel like shit even more. Try to find out what is causing you to lack motivation and attack that first.

I tend to agree with everyone else's comments, but would add that I experienced similar issues when my testosterone was too low. I basically just lost all interest in just about everything (sex, exercise, eating, my hobbies) and I had cognitive issues. There was just no lust for life anymore. I knew this wasn't normal for me, so that was what led me to ask my doctor to check out my testosterone. Soon after I got on my TRT, my life changed dramatically, and I'm back to working out hard, my brain works better, sex life is awesome, increased energy levels... Everything seems to smell better, taste better and my lust for life is back. So, if you're experiencing similar issues, go see your doc and get checked out. If all your hormone levels are within normal limits, then ya, I agree with what everyone else is already saying.

Good advice.

Lack of energy and motivation on training is definitely a reason not good enough for AAS use. If you have energy levels problems, then you should first start with proper nutrition, and use some supplements, such as whey protein, creatine, and BCAA. Personally, when I was young I would feel a great energy boost from just a protein shake taken before a workout session. Therefore, start mildly, and you will see that these supplements can make a huge difference too.

have to agree all, just in my opinion, i don't think your muscle or body prepared well for using AAS, u should make yourself be in a good status first.

if you need energy and motivation to start to train, stop it immediately.
it's not a short time on cycle
