New to site

New to site. Just introducing myself. Not sure where to begin. Just turned 50 and gains come slow. Taking natural supplements. I don't want to wait for the gains...running out of time. Began training 3 years ago. Run 1/2 marathons and marathon.

This was my 1st 10 week cycle it cut me up with a clean diet and cardio I was all natural up to 60 Bro I'm working on my 3th cycle now

I enjoy the increases boost in my strength and the improvement in my recovery and muscular endurance I upped my bench, increased reps it was sweet to see
my self change like that on my 1st time cycle

All I can say is that Gains came much Quicker when I was 50.

There's Gains to be made after 50 for sure.
You just need to Track everything you do, and be Very Strict with your Diet to stay Lean............................ JP
P.S.
I really need to watch my Carbs these days, not like when I was young and could just Stuff the Groceries down my Neck.
 
Diet is key. I'm pretty strict, but find carbs to be a bit of a problem as well. Cutting carbs hurts my endurance, but I'm working on right combo.

You can try Carb Cycling, or if you still can burn them fairly well.
Just Eat Carbs 1st thing AM and Post-Workout, the rest of the time and especially at Dinner, just Greens............................ JP
