So I'll introduce myself a tad bit here. I'm 25 180 5'9. I've been in the gym for the last three years. Used to be nothing but blubber and always tried the next diet pill. Long story short was 230 lbs and started running dropped to 155 and decided I looked like a 12 year old girl. I've always read through these for my information but never saw the point in becoming part of the community. Now with a cycle under my belt, some first hand experience and enough time I decided it was the right time to enter.
