May I suggest otherwise? May I suggest that you run it in the following manner:

Week 1 - 12: 400mg test' c (injected bi-weekly; 200mg each)
Week 1 - 18: 12.5mg aromasin EOD

PCT:
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva: 40/20/20/20

As for HCG, you will not need it for this cycle.
Per Propecia, have you taken it before? If not, do you know that it can cause ED? As a suggestion, I wouldn't take anything for hair-loss unless and until you see that you are losing hair.

You need to do a lot more research bro. For a first cycle do testosterone with an AI like aromasin.

Test at 350/week
12.5mg aromasin EOD
run it for 12 weeks
take 2 weeks break afterwards
and then pct with
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
