Call you bank and tell them you are trying to invest into crypto.
Tell them you are aware of the risks etc.
it's just like investing in anything

ATM we arent offering transfers, BTC only. I’m sure some of the other vendors may offer bank transfer. All are credible and trustworthy

Maybe try asking around on different forums, some of the older guys might know sources that still do those kinds of payments
