I have alot of supps and I feel i am in the right frame of mind and I am hitting the weights hard. I have Beast, Diesel, Epi, Lean Mass, Katana, TFO. I will use them all eventually. Which one would be the best to take to add muscle this time?

Also, I work on the road. gone for 4 to 5 days at a time. Any help on putting together a diet i could maintain with my lifestyle would be great

First off, Welcome to the forums, and we'd love to help we just need a little more info.
#1) what are your stats? Height, weight, age, sex? What's your lifting experience?
#2) What's your current diet like?
#3) What PH's or DS's have you taken before?

Thanks, I appreciate it. These forums have been alot of help. I am 6'5" 265" male. I have been lifting for about 5 years. bench in the 400's, squat in the 500's (need to work on this), just started deadlifts, and about a dozen other things that i dont keep track of the weight on. I have some experience with these products, except for lean mass. I drink only water. Diet is bad never really focused on it, but would like to start. I eat 3 times a day normally. eggs and toast in the morning or peanut butter and banana english muffin. grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. Then some random item for dinner. I take protein about 3 times a day.

I am not sure if i answered those questions properly. I am just a working chump that would like to improve himself.

Dyam dude that's Pretty impressive!!! I wish I could post up those freaky numbers!!!
Ok so two more questions
#1) What products have you had experience with? Meaning what PH/DS's have you taken?
#3) What are you're overall goals that you would like to acheive with the Products?

Beast diesel and Epi. And I know this probably isnt the best answer, but to be honest. I just want to look better. I would like to look in the mirror once in my life and be happy with it.

Damnit JOE! For once in my life I was going to sound smart and perscribe something you would...............F'ing lingerer lol. Yep, Hes right dude, Beast and Diesel! You'll love that combo!

as far as you being happy with you, that's really tough to accomoplish......if you're anything like me you're never satisfied. BUT, We can definately help! My first suggestion is lets help you get that diet up to snuff so we can reap as many benefits as possible from the Beast/Deisel. Gotta bounce for like fifteen min. but I'll get back I promise

Hey Dude, that's one of each, once a day, everyday.
So The Big things are, try to get like 50g of protein per meal and like 6 meals a day. Lots of Green veggies too. I would replace your breads with the veggies. Maybe add in some oats for pre workout. Plenty of Water like a gallon and a half! Keep drinking those proten shakes, and have some steak or salmon at night. Does lookin better for you mean Cutting or bulking?

you're on the road a lot. does that mean yo travel to other states, or do you drive everywhere? maybe have a day or 2 to schedule cooking days for the rest of the week. that would make you have plenty of meals for the day, and make sure you are eating the correct meals for yuor goal.

Take your day off and cook as much as you can for that week! It's going to make a world of difference dude!

i'll let rick feal smart for a little while and not comnent on his answer to the question you asked me since he did give the same answer i would have in a slightly less intelligent way than i would have ha ha.

serously the food thing doesnt have to be hard. pouches of ready to eat tuna are simple. hard boiled eggs store well. jugs of milk are perfect, ready made isopure bottles are good. whole grain cereals are easy to eat dry. raw broccoli can be kept in a cooler and is easy to eat, for an ocasional treat beef jerky and granola bars will do. you need lots of water. and of course the chicken and stuff like that cooked in advance. needto's protein bars are good and can be kept in a cooler. there are plenty of easy options.

I'll go sit in the corner.
I'm only good for laughs
and videos anyway.

these are all excellent suggestions! a few more: you can also get chicken in pouches or can as well, protein powder is easily transported, as our nuts/pb.

I do believe he did! ;)

Like I said, good for laughs and videos
