First Cycle Advice Asked - Test E & Dbol

After a couple of years fitness on and off, Am now taking it seriously and have been training for 1 year steady witouth any breaks. i went from 70kg to 85kg in under 1 year. Am currently at around 83.5kg with an Estimate 20% Bodyfat ( maybe little more ). Looking to bring this down but not a major problem since my goal is to just get big in general, but would like to see more muscle definition.

Read alot on the forums, web, yt, etc. and am preparing for my 1st cycle ever now am 28years old and about 175cm, 83-84kg. 20%bf (est.)

Orderd The Following From Geneza Pharm Trough Napsgear:
x3 Test E 250mgs
x2 Dbol 50mg x2
x1 Clomid

I Already have 2 Aromasin packs (pfizer) , 2 nolvadex packs and a tamoxifen from when i was abroad and just could buy it at the pharmacy, so i also have some stuff for AI and PCT with the Clomid.

Am planning on doing the Test E for 500mgs a week split with 1 shot at monday and 1 shot at thursday
For the Dbol am not sure yet what would be an appropiate dose ( i think 20-30mgs per day ) for the first 4 weeks to kickstart? but am not sure, am even thinking about not taking the Dbol since this is my first cycle and the Test E alone would gave me great results in general.

i do Value my hair alot so just want to mention that and take that in to considoration.

Cycle duration would be for 12 Weeks, since its the first and would be likely be sufficient, ive read it could be 12-16 weeks but think might be good to start it off on the basic lower end.

Let me know please what u guys think and if u have any advice or recommandations don't hesitate to lmk, the more info the better. Also on the doses what to do what to take am open for info !
 
Every one is going to want you to start a log, and you should! I sorely regret never getting proper bloodwork before my first experiences with gear. You should do that! And post it here. If you start a log, you’ll have like half a dozen seriously experienced people critiquing and advising you, like every day. It’s awesome.

I’m not one of those amazing and highly experienced people, but I can tell you from my limited experience that you are starting off with a very powerful cycle, and SOME PEOPLE would say it’s way overkill. I tend to think that you have no idea how you’re going to react yet, and imo it would be wise to start at 250 mg and ramp it up, instead of relying on AI right off the bat. I have never used that much gear and I’m like solidly twenty pounds heavier than when I started and I still did fight a long battle with bacne.

Like I said though, start a log. Read through some of these logs and start your own. It’ll be the best thing you did with your cycle and if you listen to the wisdom of these guys you will have amazing success!

@Nino026 welcome to the EVO family :D I like geneza phamra so this is a good stack to see.

With your weight, and size, I'm not sure dbol is the best option for you, but hard to say, since we know nothing about you at all. Besides your basic stats we need to understand your whole situation. To understand you better we need you to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, post your diet training cardio sleep and history and we can guide you on this cycle as a big EVO family, takes around 15min to put up. And you do NOT need the gear to start the log, the log is mainly diet training talk first before even cycle starts.

Hey bro at 20% BF (please add some pics) I don't think you should be doing Dbol - that will just add more water.
I would do a test only cycle for your first cycle (thats what I did) - and focus on getting your BF down.
300mg/week would be fine and lower your risk of aromatisation (especially with 20% BF).
And as Steve said - get a log going for even more help.

@Nino026, I would cut down first so you have room to grow. Assuming you're actually 20% body fat, which you might not be, maybe get some pictures up, and we can give you a number.

@Nino026 that would be an ultimate bulker stack. your appetite would be crazy. i would consider swapping dbol for anavar to ease up on that so you don't bloat like crazy

@Nino026 This one will definitely lead to a lot of water retention. dbol 50mgs a day is a big dose. am i reading that wrong?

@Nino026 I would consider using something that doesn't aromatize so much. You don't want to end up with a big wet cycle, then you'll have an issue with estrogen.

thanks, i see dbol probably isn't the best thing for me to use, i think i was just kind of hyped for Dbol since i understood it can bring massive muscle gain when stacked with test but the sides from dbol might be a little to much for a person beginning.

I know at times guys feel like we are preaching or being pushy, we really are not, we just care about the saftey and wellbeing of the members in our community, it also lets us with experience help you better and help with any issues that arise, the more information we can get the more we can be of assistance for you and the journey you are on, plus check out the evolutionary podcast on apple or Spotify tons of free knowledge!
