I was asked to post an honest review on my experience with osgear.se. I can say I am not happy with their test400. Giving me a lot of PIP and it hurts like hell afterwards. Makes me really sore. After my glute injection, I was so sore. I wasn’t even able to sit in my chair at work. They were laughing at me because I had to sit on an ice pack. I won’t be using these guys again.
I'm guessing you got Ultima pharma testosterone and yes t400 going to have a lot of PIP, like to a point of big swelling.
Recently even @kcates and @Noah Wixx discussed their experiences with this.
This issue is not related to osgear, it's related to the high mg/ml doses of the test.
Yup cant do anything over 300mg/ml currently im splitting up 3.03mls a week into 3 injections 1.01mls a shot, my test is 250mg mast is 200 and 1ml of oil zero pip or swell because its not high mg
I have 4 bottles of the stuff it gives PIP because of the high concentration. Its not OSgears.se fault or Ultima either it is just what happens with the high strength stuff. I will tell you what has worked for me. I didnt even take the full 400. My TRT weekly is 200 mg so my first week I did 1/2 ml to get 200 mg in my right thigh. It got so sore and hot that I thought i had an infection. I even went to the doctor and got put on 3 antibiotics. The doc was like this is weird to get infection this quick. Then I thought what if its the gear. So I did it again in the left delt 1/2 ml 200mg the next week to see if i got the same result. Same thing. Then that is when i learned about the high concentration stuff does this to you. Then the next week I tried 1/4 ml 100mg of it mixed with 1/2 test cypionate that was 200mg/ml but took half a ml to dilute it a little. It helped but still got some pretty bad PIP but not like when I did the 1/2 ml. This week I mixed it with 1ml of 200mg of test cypionate and 1/4ml of test E 400. So far no pip. I did it in my left delt. The pip last me exactly a week. exactly the day I need to take my shot again the PIP went away and I started over with it again. lol. Best advice I got for you is get some other stuff and mix it with it. I got some Geneza Pharm Sustenon 270 coming soon and thinking that may give me some PIP as well. So going forward stick with the 200mg test stuff and if your looking to do more just have to inject more to get the higher volume.
Concerning everything from them helping get my stuff ordered the first time to delivery everything went great for me with OSGear.SE. they had a great deal going with bogo and got cash back that covered more then my shipping cost. I just didn't know about the PIP situation with high strength stuff or I would have ordered some 200-250 mg stuff. Hey lesson learned like a lot of things I am learning on here about it all.

t400 not a good choice if you sensitive
switch to t200 or t250 you be fine

It's PIP caused by the high concentration product... 400 mg/ml.
High concentrations may cause PIP, lumps, increase in body temperature: symptoms similar to ones of an infection. For this reason several customers already accused us in emails in selling infected / not pure products. Of course, this is not the case. All those symptoms are a typical and natural reaction of your body to high dosages of an active agent per ml.
There is a solution to prevent the PIP
You can warm up the vial a little before injecting the product or in sever cases, lower the dose. Also, you need to apply a local massage immediately to facilitate the absorption of the oil in the muscle.
You need some anti-inflammatory pills to get rid of the PIP and lump faster. Ibuprofen is the most popular one. Some anti-inflammatory medicine to apply locally is also recommended.

@osgear, another solution is you can stop selling T400 and Testosterone 400 altogether or add a warning label for buyers about the side effects. Minimum a warning label on your website for the page of T400 or any high concentration mg/ml.
I mean its part of the process sometimes! They have legit gear for sure!
Stopping the sales is excluded, the product is just great if is used properly (by pro users).

For TRT and beginners we always recommend - via customer support - using concentrations between 50 - 250 mg/ml maximum to avoid the side effects. Over 300 mg/ml, the oils are starting becoming painful if the muscle is "young".
@osgear but it's not "BOLD" on the website, you should make it BOLD and RED so all users can see.
That happens with a higher concentrate of gear
