Starting physical therapy for bicep tendonitis....small bicep tendon that connects to shoulder is inflamed and in pain....she wants to do a surgery but no cutting just laser i think...question is for the next 8 weeks while I'm doing therapy how much ostarine should i take???

The recommended dosage of ostarine is 25mg/day.

SARMS1.com doses their ostarine at 50mg/mL. Each vial is 30mL so one vial will last you exactly 8 weeks. It works perfectly.

I would stack the ostarine with a good joint supplement and fish oil. It will help your joints and ligaments repair and also reduce inflammation and pain in the area.

I really like the joint supplement n2joint rx from n2bm.com. You can buy the fish oil from Costco.

i would get a 2nd and 3rd opinion on this

this doctor seems way too surgery happy. don't just listen to what the first doctor tells you. i've had friends go to 10 doctors and get 10 different opinions. one friend had actual cancer which was misdiagnosed as nothing.

You don't need aromasin or Andarine for healing. I would stick to the Ostarine at 25mg per day if you go for the surgery. If you can swing it, Nutrobal is a GH Secretalogue and would help with healing as well. Definitely keep your fish oil in the 6-10g per day as well. The other key here is to let the muscle heal and not risk further injury by hitting the gym too quickly after.

25mg per day, dosed once in the morning should be more than enough. Ostarine, as well as nutrobal, helps with the healing of the injuries.

Have one of my friends with the torn knee to take ostarine and he not only recovered in less than 2 months, but also was hitting his PRs bigtime.
