The only over the counter estrogen blocker I have seen that will actually do anything is the product liquidex AI from n2bm.com because it contains the suicide AI arimistane https://www.evolutionary.org/arimistane/

All those natural estrogen blocker supplements you see that contain things like DIM...they will do very little.

lifestyle changes can really help with estrogen issues

there is a reason the guy who sits in mommy's basement playing video games, snacking and smoking pot has high estrogen

i would work on that first
