I would recommend western union for payment.
Paypal wont even allow SARMs to be sold anymore and they aren't even illegal. I prefer methods like WU, bitcoin, moneygram.

If a source takes e-trasnfer thats very sketchy. Unless you know the guy personally. That's a different story. He doesn't care about staying anonymous because he's a friend of yours.

I see no issue with etransfer. I transfer money all the time for things........unless you were doing huge amounts all the time there is no issue.
