I missed my dose two days ago, so I just pinned yesterday. My question is now would I follow my normal dosing schedule and pin today? Or do I offset all my pins by an extra day now. I am pinning EOD..

If you’re pinning EOD then just start your pinning pattern over, reset based on your forgotten dose. Pinned yesterday right? So just pin tomorrow.

Missing an injection on an EOD pinning schedule isn't the end of the world. No need to make up the missed injection. Just carry on with your cycle as if nothing ever happened
