I just started working out again after 5 years. I was 5'8, 78 Kg, and did a small bulk and hit 85 Kg. Now, I am cutting and aiming to go to 70 Kg. After that I just want to stay lean instead of doing the whole bulk-cut cycle again. This is what I had planned
1) Diet: Eat Maintenance calorie or Plus 100-200 calories
2) Workout-Follow a bulking workout
3) Supplements-this is my main question, and would love to get some opinions on this
Breakfast
-Optimen Multiviatmin
-Beast Super Test-3 Tabs
Mid Afternoon
-Beast Super Test-3 tabs
Evening(before the gym)
-Jack 3rd Pre Workout
During Workout(BCAA)
After workout
Whey protein with milk
Creatine with Grape Juice
What do you guys think-any help would be appreciated
