Please tweak my diet

Hey guys,

My diet is fairly good and consistent but I think I’m lacking some carbs.

My typical Monday-Friday

Breakfast 6 whole eggs with spinach and mushrooms. (Scrambled mess) followed by protein shake and coffee that I bring with me to work.

Snack
My shake and maybe some broccoli

Lunch
Chicken breast or tuna with veg (spinach, broccoli, carrots, peppers, or some sort of other green veg)

Snack
6 whole eggs scramble

Dinner
See lunch

This is my typical day. I work shift work 6-6 but am amble to come home to cook for my eggs. If I’m hungry on the job, I usually sneak out for a protein bar or if it’s 2 am (I work 2 days, 2 nights) I’ll grab a protein bar.

I rarely drink and when I do, it’s a glass of wine. If I’m tearing it up with the boys, then I’ll definitely won’t be a wet noodle but this doesn’t happen all the time (last time was probably around thanksgiving).

I don’t do drugs.

I supplement with multivitamin, saw palmetto, biotin, Vit D, pumpkin seed, and cycle ECA stack.

How about posting your weight and total macro intake per day and maybe we can help you then...
 
at the end of the day you are basically living off eggs, spinach, tuna/chicken, and shakes..

i don't see any fruit in there. fruit is actually something everybody should be consuming, it is full of vitamins/minerals and also lots of fiber and is wet.

my idea for you is this.. swap out the protein shakes/bars for some melon and citrus. it is much healthier

but as the guys above have said you literally gave us nothing to work with. if you are trying to lose fat, you are simply eating too many times a day. i would never tell someone who is trying to burn fat to eat 6 times a day. i would say eat 2-3 meals a day that is it, that is how humans evolved to eat

Add some oats, eat rice with the chicken .. why not some fruits as a snack .. but we don't know your goal .. trying to get big? add some rice and some oats .. trying to get leaner? eat a bit less and cardio more ..
