This is my last pct week so I felt like doing a small bit of rambling :) . For starters, yeah I definitely miss training on cycle. It's simply more fun, not that I don't have fun training in general. I'm running the perfect pct suggested here, but i've lost weight and I feel size :/ But the weird thing is I've been able to keep the strength pretty much for the most part, and in fact some things like my deadlift are stronger now then when I was on cycle. Havent changed my diet really either or missed any meals, so I'm not sure if maybe I did too much cardio.

Definitely looking forward to the next round, which should be in about six weeks :D

brother good stuff...pct is the hardest part...if you start strong on pct, you're already ahead of the game...keep it pumping

I hear you man and feel it. For me I see a little size drop off, strength wanes just a bit and vascularity dips but that is the last thing that happens. I tend to cycle on mid-level gear (no tren; minimal deca) so I don't have as much of an issue.

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, there is no such PCT that will absolutely save you from size and weight losses. However, the perfect PCT gets you as close as possible to this feat.

Thanks my friends. I was warned before by a couple of older guys who cycled in the past to prepare for the size and weight loss, so while it didnt come as a complete surprise, it was still a bummer. I feel like right now I'm giving myself a mental workout, focusing on mind over body to fight any possible strength loss. If that makes any sense :)

Yep steve, used ostarine. I'm going to put this in the source section, but what are some good sources for N2Guard and HCGenerate?

Remember that on cycle - you retain a lot of water inside the muscle cells. The initial 5-10 pounds you gain on cycle is simply water, not muscle mass.

If your strength hasn't decreased significantly while on PCT, i suspect you are just not retaining near as much water inside the muscle cells and haven't actually lost much (if any) muscle mass.

Mentally I know it's hard but it seems like you are doing everything right. Finish the protocol, take some time off and then plan out your next cycle.

not sure what your cycle was.. if its posted here i missed it.but some of it could be water gains you are losing, depending on your cycle
