This is my last pct week so I felt like doing a small bit of rambling
. For starters, yeah I definitely miss training on cycle. It's simply more fun, not that I don't have fun training in general. I'm running the perfect pct suggested here, but i've lost weight and I feel size :/ But the weird thing is I've been able to keep the strength pretty much for the most part, and in fact some things like my deadlift are stronger now then when I was on cycle. Havent changed my diet really either or missed any meals, so I'm not sure if maybe I did too much cardio.
Definitely looking forward to the next round, which should be in about six weeks
