do you guys just use protein or do you use an actual "post workout product" if so what do you like to use?
also what is your advice on the "natural hardcore products" as it is at in the store as; such as powerFULL or other hgh boosting products, thanks.

Immediately after my workout I take in 30g whey isolate + 40-80g of a fast acting carbohydrate powder like waxy maize + 1 scoop of greens powder.

About 90 minutes after that shake I eat a solid food meal that is high in protein, high in carbohydrates and low in fat.

Any post workout supplement is just marketing hype. Get a good quality whey isolate protein like isolation from n2bm.com and take it with a carbohydrate powder after your workout or a fast acting carbohydrate source like fruit or white rice.

after my workout I go home and prepare dinner

the younger guys seem to be obsessed with running over and grabbing a shake. I laugh when I see that. shakes don't grow muscle, they are a supplement. real food does! and no I don't care what the 'studies' say.. whey protein powder isn't real food

For me, it is either creatine, whey isolate, or BCAA - one of those.

Why protein is a "real food" as it comes from milk. But you should not rely on it for all your protein needs. Hence the name "supplement" it should only be used to supplement and complete your protein needs for the day. It's great for post workout as its broken down and absorbed very quickly by the body. I personally take in some whey iso, fruit and oats as a post workout meal. I then have another meal containing lean proteins about 2 hours after

I have no need for a "post workout" supplement. Those tend to have quick digesting carbs which I do not need for my goals. You can use a pure isolate whey protein and add carbs to it if you want. As for an HGH booster, I would try Nutrobal. SARMS1 carries it and you will see HGH like effects with long term use.

After workouts I get a scoop of whey + 100g of oats. In super rare occasions when I have to be on the move, I might use 100g of weight gainer powder instead.

As for HGH boosting products - GABA might help a little bit, but usually you cannot boost HGH with supplementation alone. However there are peptides (injectables) or nutrobal (SARM) that can elevate HGH levels enormously

I take 40g of a good quality Whey protein isolate or hydrolysed whey protein. with 20 - 40g of dextrose (fast carb, varying amounts depending on size of body part i have worked n intensity).

i add to this 5g glutamine, 5g creatine, 2g Acetyl L carnitine.

an hour later i have a post workout meal, usually chicken breast and sweet potato

The entire reason I follow Stevesmi. You are not afraid to tell it like it is, or do what you believe in. Protein isn't just protein. Food protien is much different from a clean food source than a powder. IMO
