I'm afraid the doc will have to remove the bursa from my left knee and I was wondering if I can take steroids or peptides to help it grow back, I wasn't able to work because of the pain and if it comes back I will be off the gym for a long time.

A bursa is a small fluid-filled sac lined by synovial membrane with an inner capillary layer of viscous fluid (similar in consistency to that of a raw egg white). It provides a cushion between bones and tendons and/or muscles around a joint. This helps to reduce friction between the bones and allows free movement.

Steroids like deca and NPP cause your body to retain water which will help cushion your joints and make them feel slightly better, but they won't do anything for actually healing or remedying the problem. It would be the equivalent of taking an advil for muscle pain. It's not helping the issue, just reducing the pain.

I had some clients use the peptide TB500 with great success in the past but that was years ago. The problem you are going to run into now is trying to find a legitimate source of TB500 now a days. The peptide market is full of fakes. I wish I had a peptide source to recommend but I don't.

This is what I recommend:
5 tablets n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine from sarms1.com + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Health-And-Wellness/N2Joint-RX-p319.html
http://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866-anabolic-steroids/

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

Why does the Doctor want to remove the Bursa on your Knee.

Do you have "Chronic Prepatellar Bursitis", or is the Bursa just Swollen.

If just Swollen, this will usually resolve itself.

If it's Chronic and Restricting your Movements, then this is when it usually will get removed.

A Good Physical Therapist can help in a lot of instances.

Wish I knew of a Good Peptide Company still selling Reputable Peptides, as I've done alot of TB-500 & BPC-157, when you could get Good Quality.

These days I would try a Good PT, someone who works with Professional Athletes................................ JP

first figure out what it is like it says, then maybe

GH straight in knee.. see dr. that does this strait in joint , possible mix with PRP.

no steroids do not help grow back joint soft tissues etc. if they did then every 50 year old i see in the gym wouldn't be wrapped up like king tut while they are lifting and wouldn't be popping aspirins to help with their chronic pain

your best thing to do here is BEFORE surgery get more opinions. i know people who have gone to 10 doctors and only 1 correctly diagnosed them while 9 were wrong. doctors are just like every profession, they get shit wrong and they are fuck ups and make mistakes.

then after your doctor should refer you to a good physical therapist (not some cheap Cora like place that gives him kickbacks for referrals). tell him you want to be sent to a place that caters to athletes, not the old lady

I take offense to that Stesemi, I am fifty and do not wrap shit, except maybe my knees for heavy squats. Lol💪💪

hahah yeah.. but you know what i'm talking about

i got some buddies who do that. they take aspirin before their workout then lift heavy for 1-3 reps after wrapping themselves up.. they have been using roids for years and their joints are like matchsticks at this point lol.

Steroids really wont help here. Some peptides would be great but the issue will be finding legit ones. I would probably stick to the medical route for now and find a good physical therapist.

Ya I know some guys like that as well. Beat to shit from years of abuse, They look at my program and say what's that, don't you know what to do after all this time, I say yeah I program so I progress and cause my body to adapt and not over train what about you, they usually wobble away. Lol
