Protein powder

Hi Again, is protein powder any good why trying to get more defined ?

Protein powder won't help you to get defined. Most protein powders are full of garbage and will dirty bulk you. To get defined you need several things: 1.) proper hormone levels (natural or otherwise) 2.) rest 3.) diet (this is #1) 4.) proper training/exercise

Ironically this formula is exactly the same to get stronger, build muscle/bulk. But it all depends more on the diet for either.
 
but every label of protein powder has some jacked guy with abs! so it must make you look like that right?

reminds me of those silly exercise contraptions they sell on informercials where they get some jacked dude to use it and fat people go out and buy it
 
Protein powder is not magic. It is just a convenient way to help meet your daily protein intake.

Protein powder usually isn't the best choice wen trying to loose body fat because it isn't very satiating. Whole foods sources are much more filling

If you want to get more defined then you should start taking some juice cleanse which help you to support your digestion, lose weight as well as give you essential nutrients, minerals.

Is anyone hip to the fact this guy sells juice cleanses? And juice cleanses are not as effective as an actual water fast. Do you have medical evidence to back your claim? I do.
