PSL. Rep Rip Off. Vision Help?

New acc so I can’t PM Vision so I’m hoping he sees this. I ordered USA domestic and my package was seized. The person who is handling my case through PSL doesn’t even speak full English. He is denying the resend of a package and I would like to speak to another person who can explain things accurately to me as to why I’m not getting my resend?

How was a ‘domestic package’ seized? Did you get a letter? What details do you have? Thats pretty weird. First time I hear of a domestic package being seized.

The post office is holding my package instead of delivering it to my door step and want me to go in to claim it. It’s a trap.

I’ve ordered from two different places before and each were delivered in the mail box fine. This is the first time ordering from PSL.

Well PSL is pretty legit dude. Far fetched to say they are rip offs. Just go get the package? Did you order the shipping under your name? And was it a big order?

I always place my orders under a females name so it’s gonna be rough trying to claim the package. It was only 3 items which is why it’s surprising the post office held it.

Post offices hold my packages probably once out of every 4 times for no reason. You just go and pick it up, it's not a trap. It is quiet honestly ludicrous for you to be complaining to the source of their reps, because of USPS not feeling like delivering a packable. You need to contact USPS to have them deliver it, or just go pick the damn thing up.

I also placed a PSL domestic order 10 days or so ago and today my tracking shows "seized by law enforcement". Have placed many orders over the past 20 years and first time this occurred.

Yep, went straight from 'label created, not yet in system to this' ... at usps site. wondering if a bundle of them were seized after drop off?

If it said "seized by law enforcement" on the website then that's what happened. I had that happen when a friend shipped me something I won't mention. Do not go pick it up. I'm sure a rep on here will get you squared away. Take a deep breath, go get a PO box and let's try again.

No dont listen to this guy...go pick up your stuff dude

don't plan to get it or challenge it ... even though I do have a trt script for some of it. hopefully psl will come through in resending ... still unsure how this happened in domestic shipping?

If you get the following message on the USPS tracking site "Alert - package siezed by law enforcement", drop it and move on. Don't even think about pursuing this or trying to get it. In cases where you aren't doing anything illegal and you want to get your package back, you can contest this and attempt to get it back. Obviously you do not want to do that in this situation.

For the OP, I have had to go to the Post Office and sign for packages from legit sources here but it is typically for international orders.

How do domestic packages get seized? Do they just open your mail randomly? The first time I ordered from psl my package got either lost in the mail or seized by customs or something and they sent me a different one with no issues. My tracking info never said “seized by law enforcement” though. It just cut off. And this was an international order

Neither is very common with these types of things but with international if it is caught it will typically be Customs.

The post office inspection service is technically a law enforcement agency and they do sieze contraband sent through the mail. Not sure what type of searches/inspections they do.

Interesting. I’ve also heard that if it gets seized by customs they’ll send you a letter in the mail asking you to claim it. But you just don’t respond. Throw it in the trash. Never got a letter or anything from mine though.

What happens when the package gets “forwarded to a different address” after being held. And how would I be able to claim it when I’m using a fake name?

I think Vision must be being human and sleeping for once! hes always been so responsive..I need some help with a problem with my order too, I'm sure he will get to it.

If you get one of those cards in the mail saying you need to pick it up at the post office so you can sign for it, you're usually ok. But if you get something saying it was siezed, forget about it. I'd also suggest using a different address after that happens, preferably a PO box.

They will usually just take your shit and move on unless you are ordering large quantities. They have more important shit to worry about than setting up some elaborate sting operation for some dude ordering 5 vials of test.

Domestic packages can and do get seized by law enforcement, and if that is the tracking status, you don't go ask for it and you pretend you nothing about it. If the tracking status is just available for pick up then just pick it up.

The PSL reps will take care of you. It may just take a while for them to see this. If you don't have enough posts to PM you should still be able to send a visitor message. Click on the name and you should see it.

Lmao right. I usually use a P.O. Box but got it shipped to my regular address that time so it made me uneasy. Nothing came of it. Good to know though, for me and everyone else on the thread. Thanks

Don't call PSL a rip off when they sent the damn package. It's right there waiting. If YOU decide not to go get it that's down to YOU.

If, as per a couple of other replies, you actually get the 'seized by law enforcement' tracking info... walk away. However, copy the info so PSL can look into it for you.

if you have to sign for a package and you go in there they will want to see your ID and yes you will have to sign. they will not give it to you if the name is different

however if the person there recognizes you as a regular they are allowed to release the package without ID and sometimes no signature too. but this is rare because they don't want to give the package to the wrong person and then the shit hits the fan when the actual recipient says they never go the package.

now if they left you a slip to go pick it up, then just showing the slip usually is good enough especially if it is a domestic package which doesn't require signature

also why did it get forwarded? did you move recently and forward your mail? i'm lost on that one.

this thread is proof why i preach every holiday season to go get your postman a nice card and put in some $$$ in it to give to them. these types of situations can be fixed when you have a good postman who knows you and has incentive to go the extra mile for you and get your package and bring it to you themselves

Been in contact with PSL and they are making it right ... hats off to them - fantastic to work with. I'm sure they'll address the OP as well.

that is great to hear!

starting a thread out with 'rip off' is not the way to handle things especially when they did nothing wrong. as mobster said earlier.. they sent out the package and then something happened along the way. the postal truck could get hit by a meteor along the way and your package is gone.

OP, you are a fucking idiot. Slamming PSL because YOU are afraid to got pickup a damn package at the post office. It's not a trap...LOL.
