Just wanted to share my experience with PSL I did the cash in the mail option which has obviously caused a bit of skepticism from some on the board. We had a little issue with the pick up but Macedog24 was always there to answer my questions and help me out. Just received my package in the mail today and was pleasantly surprised with a extra bottle of Test E for the delay on pick up. I think a lot of people tend to start freaking out the second things don't go exactly to the plan that they had in there head and take there skepticism out on this board. We have to remember this isn't ordering socks from amazon! Would just like to thank macedog24 again for helping out in a very fast and professional manner.

So you’re telling me that you handled the small issue through a rep? You mean you didn’t have to start a huge thread the moment there was one hiccup?

Exactly, if there is ever a problem you can email customer service. BUT I ALWAYS SUGGEST REACHING OUT TO A REP FOR HELP AND SUPPORT. IN MANY INSTANCES IT IS EASIER AND QUICKER TO GET A RESPONSE AND TO AT LEAST KNOW WHAT EVER THE ISSUE IS HASNT FALLEN ON DEF EARS. YOU CAN FEEL CONFIDENT THAT IF YOU REACH OUT TO ONE OF THE PSL REPS WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU FEEL CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE HANDLED SWIFTLY AND APPROPRIATELY. i recommend guys use bitcoin though. all our sponsors accept it now and it is simple to use and you get a discount too

i used to be one of those who was scared of bitcoin, but been using it and it is awesome.. you just link your bitcoin account to your bank and move money in or out. and when you send money it goes pending within 5 minutes and goes through after about 1 hour. that is faster then a wire
