we already get too much artificial carbs in our diets, why would you want to add more?
infusing carbs into your body during a workout has not a shred of evidence that it aids anything. i always laugh how weight lifters think they need this crap during their workout, when i used to train and run half marathons I didn't even take in sugars during my runs, yet weight lifters think they need it for 20 sets ? LOL
