Hi

I’m trying to place an order with puritysource using western union. I’m a newbie to WU and when I went to the local WU location, they were looking for details not provided by purity source. I sent purity source an email a couple of days ago with no response. I’m eager to get this order placed. Do you have a Purity Source contact you can direct me to? I don’t do bitcoin and prefer not doing a bank wire.

Ps I’m new to the site so no able to PM yet as I don’t have enough posts.

It's fairly simple. You need a crypto exchange account. There are several out there, Coinbase is pretty popular and user friendly. You buy BTC using a debit/credit card (faster than bank transfer) and the BTC is deposited in to your digital wallet. Once you place the order PSL will send you their digital wallet and you simply send the BTC from your wallet to theirs.

A word of caution - copy and paste the wallet address. If you get one digit wrong and send your crypto to the wrong wallet it's gone forever. I deal in crypto alot and I see this frequently. This is not like dealing with a bank. You can lose a lot of money in an instant by being careless. Not trying to scare you, crypto is perfectly safe and legit. You just have to pay attention to what you are doing.

Did you need verification to send online rather than a branch. Just come across on their site saying not to oay via online

I have had as quick in 4-5 days. I would allow for at least 5-8 days though normally as they have a ton of orders but way quicker than international and no customs so worth it.
