I hate to be rude, but before you even consider starting this cycle, you need a lot more than what you have going on here, also you should generally KNOW your dosages, EXPECIALLY for PCT.
what is your experience with Gear/Pro Hormones/ SARMS ect? how old are you? how tall are you? bodyfat %? personally I wouldn't use Dbol and Decca in a cycle at all together, one or the other with Testosterone is more than enough IMO. BUT there are more educated people here that im sure will chime in that have more knowledge of both of those compounds.

I would run the deca longer. Based on other posts from yours I have seen I think I know where this deca is coming from and if its the same Im running you will want to run it longer. Its good stuff. Id tac on 4 more weeks and hit 12 weeks. Up your test e to 15 weeks and taper it down.
You need better AI than arimidex.
You need Aromasin and letro on hand ready to roll. And also something for the deca, either prami or caber.
That deca even at 400 WILL shut your shit down and make you lactate like a cow if you don't run the proper AI
Your PCT should be significantly stronger. I would suggest you look for the thread titled- perfect pct

I'm going to guess from your post this is your first cycle. So let me say, respectfully, this shit isn't a game. It's real life and you can fuck yourself up if you don't know what you're doing. You should honestly know your AI & PCT doses prior to starting the cycle.
Everyone is different but I wouldn't suggest Adex unless for some reason Aromasin isn't working well enough. I suggest getting some Aromasin and put the Adex to the side unless you absolutely need it. Take 12.5mg of Aromasin eod or every two days. If for some reason you don't get the Aromasin like you should, I'd start the Adex off with 0.5mg every third day; Monday & Thursday to start.
As for PCT, only taking Nolva isn't good enough. I suggest giving this a thorough read and get the rest of your PCT before you start the cycle. The Perfect Post Cycle Therapy Explained

this cycle is for volume i was debating between a 4 weeks cycle of boldenona and sostenon or a long one I was doing some browsing and the Dinabol 40 g 4 weeks
Decca 400 mg 8 weeks Test Enanathe 500 mg 10 weeks was recommended for volume ( some water will be added ) but nothing on what to use to avoid gynecomastia.

I hear ya man. Ive spoken with him recently myself about some other stuff and he's made open apologies here specifically in reference to your order and made up for it best he could. Im gonna put an order in tonight myself actually. We will see how it goes.
Id refer you to hipocampus.me on that one. He is a very public source and has made great progress since joining the forums.
I am running Proviron of his now and having a great experience. You have a number of good options though.
See what shows up on your door with your order. You may have extra deca Idk. If so I would push it to at least 10 weeks.

1. you want to avoid gyno and are obsessed with it so bad that you don't even realize that stack you are using is the King of gyno.. the bra industry endorses deca/dbol/test cycles because it brings them a lot of male customers. maybe consider dumping the entire idea and starting from scratch
2. never ever run nolvadex after deca. not only does nolva suck, but it can cause an upregulation of your progestin receptors..

I totally agree with the two posts above. Regarding your direct question, aromasin is the best AI at the moment. Your should be taking it at 12.5 mgs EOD, and if you feel like you need more of it, instead of increasing the dosage just bump it to ED.
1. Run arimosan at 12.5mg EOD as the AI for your cycle
2. Start deca the same time you start the test. Run both 10 weeks.
3. Make sure you are running a liver aid when using the dbol (n2guard at 7 capsules/day)

Bro, just drop the deca and do this cycle right. Run test at 500 for minimum 12 weeks. Push for 16 if you can. You'll be able to afford it if you ditch the deca. Once you learn how your body reacts to test alone then you'll be prepared to add deca next time. Aromasin at 12.5 eod Use the perfect pct. get bloods before, during and after. If your gonna ask for experienced opinions around here - then please take the advice.
