Hi Guys. I have a question about mixing supplements together. I think I have a pretty good stack lined up however I felt 1 addition was necessary. I don’t have anything in my stack for recovery. I do however take a pre workout creatine mix that is also good for recovery but I only take it Pre and not Post. For Post I take whey protein mixed with a scoop of Gatorade. So my question is can I also add a scoop of my creatine mix to the whey and the Gatorade to aid in recovery or will one be cancelling the others out? Thanks!
