What these guys said, unless you are literally and I'm mean literally doing a marathon or a Spartan race these won't really do much..When I would cut weight back in my wrestling days, I would use these, but that was when I was in a dire condition/state, a very unhealthy state..
Powder Gatorade is a great alternative, I honestly use Gatorade powder daily, its cheap and has dextrose which shuttles BCAA's into the muscles, plus I sometimes add creatine with the Gatorade along with my BCAA's.. I buy the powder, and just mix all my powders in one jug, shake like crazy and off to the grind.Gatorade "POWDER" is very underrated.
