Only 24 but having elbow pain right now daily in my training. I'm looking to add some supplements to help with the pain, ideas or suggestion welcome.

The a really good joint supplement stack that you can put together is:
A good joint supplement like n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Health-And-Wellness/N2Joint-RX-p319.html
http://www.evolutionary.org/ostarine-mk-2866-anabolic-steroids/

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

It's also pretty affordable. It'll only cost you around a dollar a day.

I would say, try the Supplements 1st.

If they don't work, then I would go see a Good Physical Therapist.

One that deals with Athletes, Pro or Semi-Pro................................................. JP

I had this happen to me once and I figured out I was causing it to happen. When I was doing a flat barbell bench, I was laying too far down (hips too far from the bar) and when I would go to unrack the weight, my arms were at a strange angle and it really started messing up my elbow to the point I couldn't do more than a set or two before I had to call it a day. See if it helps you to get a spotter for lift off or change your body position to try to center the bar a bit more over your chest before you lift it off.

Look up "tennis elbow" as well.

You may have tennis elbow bro.. Are you finding during you're training such exercises like bicep curls & presses are making it worst?

By the symptoms you describe I would dare to say you suffer from "tennis elbow". I mean, I also was there. I went to a good PT, please, if you need more than one session to get rid of the pain, it is not a good PT and they are just trying to get your money; I was at the point that one week more and it could have been chronic, so I know what I am talking about.

After your session with the PT just start lifting weights again but more carefully. You will feel weaker regarding to press exercises, and of course any bi or tris exercises. So just keep working out acording to your elbow sensations. I would skip isolated arm exercises for a month or so, pressing and pulling will be enough for start recovering from your "tennis elbow"; but it also depends on how you feel. I would also buy a softball or tennis ball and read the "The triggerpoint therapy workbook - by Clair Davies".

And of course, a good supplement support such as OMEGA 3 would be beneficial. I buy one from AMAZON - Kirkland Signature because it is the best I have around, although if you want to spend money on a quality one, here there is this website: labdoor.com/rankings/fish-oil . They Rank all supplements and have interesting articles. Anybody could answer me, what is the omega 3 EPA and DHA content in the Krill-TS supplement from N2BM? I mean, it says 1000mg of Krill Oil with O3,O6 and O9, but I want to know the O3 composition. Thanks

Which exercises do actually cause the elbow pain? And for how long has it been lasting?
