not sure what kind of feedback you want russ...
youre strong as an ox those weights are no joke, but if your primary goal is fatloss then id focus on shorter rest periods between sets and possibly cardio every day...
the shortened rest periods mean you wont be able to lift as heavy, but when losing bf is your goal youre going to lose some strength...
cardio, cardio, cardio
