Are you talking about it's use during a Cycle as an Anti-Prolactin.
While it does reduce Prolactin.
It's Never been studied for use during an AAS Cycle.

So if you need an Anti-Prolactin during a Cycle.
Stick with Prami or Caber................................................................. JP

Over the counter herbal based supplements like Sam E reduce prolactin levels extremely minimally. It isn't near sufficient to prevent prolactin related side effects from using steroids. If you are on a steroid cycle that contains a nandrolone or nandrolone derivative (npp, deca, trenbolone) you need to use a proper anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline or prami.

Prolactin is no thing to joke with, so if you need to keep it under control, you should be using either pramipexole, or cabergoline, being the second one the better choice because it has less side effects with the same results.

I would suggest running a real anti-prolactin drug like caber. People tend to respond and feel better on caber over prami. As Steve mentioned, Mucuna Pruriens is really the only natural herb that will help with prolactin.
