I'm about to finish my 2 month ostarine cycle @20. Im preparing to use novladex as pct just incase gyno starts happening however I want to start cardarine. I heard it has no supression or any effect on test. Should it be fine to take cardarine right after my ostarine cycle with novladex?
Opps. I meant 25mg not 20mg. I should've just taken a natural test booster, but i have extra nolvadex on hand so i might as well use it.

were you using legit ostarine? if you bought it from sarms1 you were.. but if you bought it in capsulated form who knows what you bought.

I got ostarine from sarms1 and plan on getting it from sarms1. Thank you for your reply.
SARMS such as ostarine do not effect prolactin or estrogen levels so side effects like gyno are impossible.
SARMS are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com. You do not need a SERM like nolvadex or anything like that.
Cardarine is non-hormonal so you can include it in your mini PCT.

Go ahead and run that Cardarine no problem. If you run nolva as your PCT then run a very low dose. I am talking like 10mg EOD. You don't really need a SERM at all. Just a natural test booster would be plenty.

You do not need any nolva. Ostarine cause little to no suppression and a good test booster is more than enough.
What is more, the gyno could not be there, especially post cycle. If you would have had gyno, it would already start during a cycle.
As for cardarine - you can use it whenever you want. Usually I would go for 20mg each day for a period of 8-12 weeks, and then I would take a 4 week break.
