SARMs for pure endurance for a newbie

I am a runner looking to try some SARMs to improve endurance.

It seems that Cardarine is the supplement to go with.
Is there any other supplement to add to it or is
Cardarine enough by itself?

Another question is regarding proper usage. I was planning
on trying it for 12 weeks and then taking a 2-3 week break
and then resuming (if it works).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Training for long distance races (10K to marathon), so 30min to 3hrs.

I am mainly interested in increasing endurance (mitochondrial growth, etc.)
and speed. I am obviously trying to do that through training, but I am
curious to try some supplements.

Cardarine + SR9009 (stenabolic) would be a killer fat loss and endurance stack.

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 20mg/day. The recommended dosage of SR9009 is 30mg/day. SR9009 needs to be dosed more frequently since it has a very short half life.

I would take 20mg of cardarine and SR9009 with breakfast and your last meal of the day each day. I would take an additional 10mg of SR9009 30 minutes before your workout.

Both cardarine and SR9009 are non-hormonal and stimulant free so you don't have to worry about dosing them close to bed time. They won't effect sleep or anything like that.

As a general rule, Cardarine GW should be enough for quite an endurance boost. SR9009 should contribute to even further improvement, but I would personally recommend you to try out Cardarine first, and then compare the results when you stack it with SR9009 - perhaps you will be content with just one of them, and there will be no need for both.

Thanks for suggestions.

Is there a disadvantage to using both at the same time?

Since I've never tried any of these supplements, is the effect really obvious
or it's more subtle? Namely, Does running fast feel easier or is the feeling
the same and you just run a little bit faster?

Not really. Only perhaps the economical downside, because these two compounds are so similar. So you will definitely get better results by using both at once, but in this case you will not have double effects, so it is up to you to decide whether it is economically viable for you.

again follow this :

do cardarine 10mg AM and PM
and do sr9009 with it pre exercise 1 hour

sarms1 brand.

There will be no disadvantages using both at the same time and in fact, stacking the two would be an AWESOME stack.

The effects of cardarine/sr9009 are very noticeable. It's not like drinking a cup of coffee where your heart rate increases. You will notice a big increase in endurance. All exercises feel way easier and you can perform way more reps then you used to be able to
