How does somebody remove scar tissue from an injection site??

What gauge needles are you pinning with? I rotate glutes and quads with 25g, and even running eod short esters I never had this issue.

Avoid the spot for some time and give it time to heal.
Maybe massage the area a little bit.

And I'd also like to know the needle size you've been using.

yes i had the problem the first year i started steroids. stop injecting that spot for a while and you won't have the issue

Just use a different site for a while

Not I've never had that problem and I pin a lot. Use delts and quads.
