Okay bros, I need help.
Looking for advice for two older gym rats.
#1st rat is mid 40's 5'10"ish moderate strength but has a few years of partying on the boat that's caught up with him, maybe 250lbs(my best guess) for sure in the upper body fat %. He's not new to gear but still in a tell me what to do rookie stage. He's currently taking a moderate testE trenE cycle. He's enjoying the run but looking to step up the shredding properties. His diet is averagely good for a busy middle aged man, so that's not gonna change much. I'm worried about his suggestion of winny due to the dryness of the joints and I wanna stay away from anything too liver toxic. Would Anavar help any with cutting up some more and not hitting him with too many negative health effects?? Or are there any ideas other than the typical winny/ anavar answers that get thrown around. Almost even split on the test and Tren, I believe test is slightly lower. 300/400 maybe. What about dropping test judtva little, say 180-200. Maybe help ease up the water retention? He's open to anything that won't increase sides to undesirable levels. Any input is appreciated, I'm 5'9" 180 at 30yrs old, I don't have much experience in the fat loss realm. Help me help a brother out!
