Blood Work 6 month blood work

Hey Lads, a brief background on me is been training for many years, tried a few cycles when I was younger then laid off everything for a long time. Last 2 years has been amazing I went from 90.8kgs to 75.6kg as I weighed in this morning

Went and got my blood work done, doctor was a useless flop, told him i was suffering for a long time quietly, low test full of e2 and brain fog, could bearly make it through a days work.. he said I had sleep apnia!! Test came back very low but he insisted this was nothing.

I changed my diet, fixed my routine, was on the manshake for like a year straight which gradually dropped once the fat was melting off, then and only then I decided ill get my macros up to 2500cals per training days and 2000 EOD

Got myself some Test E ran 0.1 every monday, wed and friday and had some masterone from @R&Dpharma this helped so much keeping my e2 in range but first test clearly showed my hdl and ldl was suffering heaps with the addition to test.

Been running @Raptor Labs Test E 400mg for nearly 6 months 0.2mg every monday wednesday friday and I feel like doing cartwheels the minute I wake up.
Training 6 days a week and diet is on point to the point my wife thinks something wrong with me weighing my food.

Second set of bloods I ran came back and just need help understanding it all, please understand I dont want hear n2guard lol as I've been running this from the start.

I take n2guard, tudca and NAC, omega3s, men's daily vitamins oil of orange 10 -1, creatine 5g every morning and electrolytes

I fast till 10am then I have my breakfast yoghurt, protein, oats and berries

Lunch on average is a big piece of protein (chicken, meat or fish) i alternate each week

Snack - watermelon, avocados on rice crackers etc..

Dinner usually happens after a big session
1 cup of rice, chiken breast, broccoli rice crackers or low carb keto bread
Then I smash down a protein shake 2 scoops.

This diet has been structured around what I can tolerate, how I digest and how I feel. Ive been able to loose weight naturally before deciding to jump back on but I still have some work to do.

Now I run bloods every quarter and want to share what mine came back at today

This test was done fasted and I had my last shot 2 days before.

Am I over reacting or does some improvement need to be done? This is a testosterone only cycle as i plan to stay on for as long as I can.

I have more masterone I have aromasin on hand, I have nearly every compound you can think of bunked away but old mates @Raptor Labs is doing more than enough.

Any suggestions is appreciated, the same way I support everyone on here for years :)

Estrogen is high :D you can see that, the rest is fairly normal tbh @Thegame0006

I see you did the basic food info :D have you considered starting a log? :D it would be worth it you've been here so long

To start a log, make a new thread in the aas logs section with your title, then every few days you post 5 things only. Bodyweight, cals and macros, training session with main lifts and weights, sleep hours, and any sides like mood libido BP and how you feel.

You’re doing the right thing running quarterly labs, but lets get a log going.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I think a simple solution for you would be to simply back off your TRT dosage. That would help with the estrogen and cholesterol rather than trying to medicate things on top, if that makes sense.

I like the snacks that she put together. They're very healthy. Watermelon and avocado are great options.

I agree you need to lower your testosterone dosage first before you start adding more things and make things more complicated.

Bros, estrogen has been debated for many years, but the truth is, should be balanced. You don't want it too high; you don't want it too low.

Some back story when I started my test was unreadable from my first scan which ill upload a photo now to prove that the advice your giving me has already been implemented, I was taking 1ml per week rather than the split dose. I take my bloodwork and cycle seriosusly as this isnt just to look good, i wanted to feel great.

The trt joint I get my bloodwork done at, had a consultation and he said cut your dose down, seems like your a hyper responder.. immediately I dropped to 0.2 every monday wednesday friday and found that my libido mood and general well-being felt much better.

I will drop it again to 0.1 every 3 days wait 8 Weeks and test again.

I will start a log but please boys go easy on me as this will be the first time doing so.. but I will assure you all it'll be a log that has much detail and photos with all the things I've learned along the way before touching any gear, previous body size to what I've been able to do and I think its pretty impressive. One of the hardest things I've had to do.

Like I mentioned im running @Raptor Labs Test e 400mg and aromasin 12.5mg(haven't touched this as my first test showed great e2 levels) I dont like using compounds to mask things that need addressing.
