Shoulder pain

Was doing chest flys think I went to heavy have a sharp pain outer lower delt where the delt meets with bicep and tricep should I shoot my next TRT dose into my shoulder if so what size and length pin?
 
TERRIBLE IDEA. Doing your next injection into your shoulder will only further increase inflammation and sensitivity to the area.

Just be careful with your shoulder the next couple of days. If it doesn't feel back to normal by Thursday, book an appointment with your doctor.

Do you have weak shoulders or a shoulder imbalance??

This is the cause of shoulder pain for a lot of people when doing chest exercises.
 
The first thing would be not pinning there, as your shoulder is stressed already, and there is no need to stress it even more. Then, it would be a good idea to see a doc, and make sure there is no major damage done to the shoulder. As support supplements, I would highly recommend Ostarine coupled with N2Joint RX - this combo will get your joints and bones as strong as ever, and they will recovery much-much faster. Ostarine has a scientifically proven ability to drastically increase the recovery speed in joint and bone injuries, including bone fractures. I have personally used this stack for my elbow joints, and worked wonders for me.

My "go to guy" loves peptides but said tb500 works, but only while you use it. Hope it works better for you though. Did not know about the hairloss sparing effects, but too late for me now.
 
I agree. Do NOT shoot into that shoulder. Test will not give you "site healing" or anything like that. Take it easy, and consider adding some light internal and external rotations with resistance bands into your regimen. Weak rotator cuffs often become the bane of many lifters. The only reason I suggest using bands is because I see so many lifters tearing up their rotators doing all kinds of nonsensical "exercises" for their rotators with dumbells.

Also, if you only do pressing movements with barbells, consider doing some lighter weight, higher rep pressing with dumbells. That has done wonders for my shoulder.
