Slap tear recovery anavar/ dbol cycle?

Hey guys I had a slap tear 4 years ago from combat sports (bjj, boxing etc)
I did alot of prolotherapy + BPC 157 and tb-500 it helped alot with the years + the physiotherapy and manual therapy. But It still came back and forth and i lost alot of muscles on my left arm. (Saw doc and said operation would probably worst because right now am stable just need muscles because lost alot of strength on the left shoulder) My dream aint to max bench soo i wont be reckless on the training.

I did last year ago an anavar cycle for around 5-6 weeks (20mg)
It helped alot and gained 5-6 pounds a of solid muscles. Since then it’s alot more stable which is what I needed pretty much.
But a few months ago i injured it (stupid kiro) again took an other prolotherapy and it’s finaly stable.

I want to do an other small cycle soon but had some small side effect like brainfog and lethargy. When using it last year (anavar alone) abit depressed at in end (nothing major) maybe symptom of low estrogen? (low e2?)

Normaly people stack it with Test but i dont wanna do long cycle. I want the colagen synthesis that help repair the tissue and build muscles around the shoulder faster soo i can actualy do my job without pain. (Am a physio and sport massage therapist)
Soo I was wandering if i should take maybe Dianabol or an other oral with it.
I wanna do 6 week cycle the goal is to build muscles and mass soo my shoulders get stronger and more stable
I was thinking maybe using:

-The first 3 weeks just anavar 20 mg after that adding dianabol 20mg for 3 weeks.
I wanna avoid gyno if possible even thought i doubt i will get it after only 3 weeks but we never know.
Post cycle might use mk677 and which Ai should i get Ari and novadex and what dose recommended or go by feeling.


Just looking for advice to get back stronger. Soo I can get back into coaching martial arts and better do my job. If you guys have any suggestion like adding anadrol instead of dbol etc Am welcome for advice.
35 years old, 5feet 6, 152 pounds. (taking atm bpc-157 only) alwas been on the ectomorph side when i was 19 did a gallon a Milk diet (gomad) and did not gain any fat just muscles. Soo i dont gain weight easily. Alwas been around 8-12 bodyfat.
