lately I have insomnia and not the type I cant fall alseep, but I fall asleep then wake up to pee or do whatever very frustrating cant get back to bed, any ideas on how to deal with this?

Have you ever tried GABA? It enhances your body's natural GH production, while also raising serotonin, and inducing a very deep sleep. You'll get a niacin-like flushing feeling for about 10min, but it goes away fairly quickly. Once the flush feeling subsides, you'll start to feel sleepy and very relaxed.

Also just to note, your body's natural melatonin goes away when light hits your eyes. If you wake up to pee at night, try to keep the lights off, or even put an extremely low level night light in the bathroom.

bro 1 word..n2sleep...best option for sleep...

N2Sleep is the best sleeping supplement ever - period. Have been using it with my wife for a while now, and it feels great. Moreover, it is made of natural ingredients, and does not have side effects. Just take two pills in the evening, and another couple of pills half an hour before sleep. You will sleep really well, and unlike most sleep supps out there, in the morning there will be no feeling of hangover - you will be completely rested and ready for the next day.

Like stated above so many factors go into sleep. I'm waiting for that article Steve, I think it will help a lot of these guys out.

Keep a piss jug by the bed. Roll over piss and go back to sleep. This way your not turning on the lights and stoping melatonin production and starting cortisol production. Waking up and not being able to go back to sleep is also a sign of clinical depression. If this symptom persists or becomes a problem you may want to talk to your doctor.

If you pee all night you most likely have sleep apnea. Your body does not go into a deep sleep which tells the rest of your body to shut down for the night. If you have a big neck, you need to get it checked. If you're running tren, then just get used to it.

You didn't say your stats. A bigger guy could have sleep apnea. You should go to the doctor to have yourself checked out. If its not sleep apnea just insomnia, there's several things you can take. Benadryl is a good option if you're taking any stims. Melatonin and N2sleep are other good options

N2sleep has done absolute wonders for my sleep apnea. It has only 1mg melatonin per pill. Excessive melatonin intake can actually disrupt regular sleep. People forget that it's a hormone. 2 pills of n2sleep 30-45 minutes before bed is the perfect dose for most people.

Develop a night time routine and wind down for 1-2 hours before going to bed. Participate in non stimulating activities and try to relax your central nervous system.

Try to go to bed at the same time everyday.

Limit stimulant use (caffeine) 5 hours before bed

Turn off all electronic devices in your bedroom and try to make the room as dark as possible.

Don't drink too much water before bed.
