I have been reading about this for a long time. preworkout and/or PWO seems logical to me for fat control issues, probably try that one with humalog.
But at the end, I cant understand one thing:

for sure, pre and post nutrition is very important with sufficient nutrients, no doubt. and we will be producing endogenous insulin for the food we eat anyway? Thats how the body works. Either burned, or muscle synthesis or stored in fat cells. cant recirculate forever. since we workout, more nutrients will be diverted to muscles for growth and energy needs. exogenous insulin would help take in more, ok. but would not the body do the same thing if we did not use it but rely on own production. The food is in guts, not? It needs to go somewhere?

It just speeds up the process . Protein will trigger insulin, insulin helps you build muscle. I guess, I'm not really sure what you are asking.

when we take preworkout and postworkout carbs&protein, it goes into the blood as we digest. and its logical that if we keep nutrients in blood while we workout and after workout, best time to feed muscles. We try to prevent catabolism and push as much as we could. but why would exo insulin addition increase more intake into the muscle? everything we
digested is the blood and needs to go somewhere; fat tissue, muscle tissue or burned.. since our blood can carry very little amount of glucose and aa'a at steady state, they need to one of them.
Would not our own insulin production be enough for muscles to intake whats in blood? If not,
is it that exo insulin at those periods, takes more nutrients for muscle synthesis and less for fat cells and oxidation.

when you eat food your insulin spikes yes. and yes it is enough for 99% of us

the ones that are in that 1% who really want to get super huge like rich piana, dallas mccarver, and every mr. olympia pro are going to want insulin in their system all day so take advantage of every bite of food they put into their bodies to nutrition partition

the bottom line is you are over complicating shit too much. you do not need insulin to build muscle at all. in fact for just about everyone it would be completely counter productive

Exactly so. The body is, after all, perfectly capable of keeping you supplied from the food you ate. Unless you have something medically wrong.

ok

mobster,

I remember you mentioned using mibolerone if Im not mistaken. Whats your opinion about having mibolerone once a week, such as before leg workouts, while only on injectables. could the aggression be worth to add increased stimuli for muscle growth?

I mean its very toxic, but once a week, could it be worth?

After reaearching cheque drops a few months ago, that shit seems nasty as fuck. It is used to prevent dogs from going into heat. I can only imagine what you are doing to your body.
