Sore ankles while on cycle

So prior to starting my 500 test e, 50 tbol, 12.5 aromasin EOD cycle, I had no problem running HIIT sessions, running a mile in just under 8 minutes, running multiple (6ish) miles non-stop, etc (all on treadmill) but now I cannot seem to run more than a slow half mile before my ankles KILL! Anybody see a possible coordination between my current cycle (I'm on week 5) and this ankle issue? Aside from starting cycle, nothing else has changed - my diet is solid (deficit, 1600 calories per day w/ 35 carbs, 25 fat, 40 protein), sleep is ok, and I drink at least 1 gallon of water per day. I've put on apx 10# of what I feel is pretty lean muscle and all workouts have increased all 5 weeks of cycle. Could it be the extra 10#? Seems like a lot of pain for not a ton of weight! High BP maybe? I haven't donated yet. Any other ideas?

The cycle you chose is more for weightlifting. If you want something more for endurance I suggest Deca + Equipoise. The Deca would relieve the joints and the Equipoise would increase endurance. But since you're still on cycle I suggest sticking with weightlifting and do a lot less cardio until you finish.

Yea I definitely am not looking to cut right now nor am I looking for endurance - I am looking to (lean and clean) bulk. I just wanted to keep up with my cardio while doing so. With that said: do you think there is/maybe any one thing I'm taking that may be causing this? Thanks for the reply

My wife is a lawyer and this kind of thing drives her bananas. People who clearly have no idea how the ankle grabing works, constantly putting up signs and making policies “for liability reasons.” Eyeroll.

Ummm....what???

It'll be the extra ten pounds.

who told you that 500mg of test and tbol was good for running?

i agree with what the guy above said, that is awful for running. i'm surprised your only complain is pressure on your ankles, that tbol should also be causing some nasty leg pumps if you are running a mile

i think for your goals and what you like to do steroids are simply an all around bad idea. sarm's would be something far superior for you.

and you are right you get a lot of idiotic opinions. meatheads think steroids are good for everything, but they never even ran a mile in their life, but they tell you run all this gear cause it helps running SMH  i figured out a long time ago steroids were afwul for running from personal experience.. if anyone disagrees then run 40mg a day dbol for 4 weeks and then try and run a 5K and then let me know how that goes. i will be the one laughing at you on mile 2 when you are on the ground in agony cause your calves are about to explode lol

Nobody told me they were good for running. Prior to my cycle I was incorporating cardio so I was basically just continuing to do so. I'll pull the cardio out during this cycle and pick it back up after PCT

Keep doing the cardio man, just stick with non-invasive forms of cardio.

I really like the rower or swimming for big guys. Very low impact on the knees

I have a home gym so space is limited as is money to fund new equipment. I was considering adding an elliptical or bike to my gym. My wife does want a rower so maybe we will go that route

You answered your own question. Have anyone put a 10lb weight on their back and run. They will not be nearly as efficient as they were before adding it. You are simply gaining too much weight. Shoot for 2lbs or muscle per cycle.

Yea I was assuming that was playing into it. I really wasnt trying to add that much weight. I really want all my gains to be clean and lean! I'm eating in a deficit, only shooting for apx 1600 calories per day (35% carbs, 25% fat and 40% protein) and most days I'm actually more like 1,500. My workouts have been just awesome since week 2 and now I'm again seeing a nice boost into week 5 (guessing its the test e kicking in). All routines have gone up every week. Water retention is next to nothing. I am not sure what I could do to slow down gains and I don't know that I want to! So far I am really happy with this cycle and my results.

Yea I mean it really comes down to your goals. If you are not concerned with cardio being negatively affected then absolutely 10lbs of lean muscle is incredible.
