Starting a new cycle

Hi everyone. Wanted to get some advice and introduce myself. Been watching this forum for a while and decided to join. Looks like a good group. I'm a newbie in this world. Mid 30's male, ran through one cycle about 10 years ago that a friend gave me with tremendous results. That's about it as far as my AAS experience goes. Anyway, I'd like to gain about 15lbs of lean muscle and cut as much fat as possible over a 10-12 week cycle. Looking for advice and opinions of what options you think would work best. I'd also like to know what your thoughts are on anti estrogens during the cycle and recovery after completion. There are so many options out there I don't know which way to go. I want to avoid bloat as much as possible. My neck was HUGE due to water the last time. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Don't know which AAS that you did previously.

But I would still pretty much stick with the Basics.
So a 12 Test Cyp or Enanthate Cycle @ 500 Mg a week in a Twice a Week Injection Schedule @ 250 Mg each.
Then if you wanted either Anavar or Tbol as a Kickstart for the 1st 4 Weeks.
Or you could do the Oral on the backend of your Cycle for the last 4 Weeks.
With Aromasin as your AI @ 12.5 Mg EOD to start................................................. JP

What did you do on your last Cycle for PCT.

Bloat will be avoided by Diet.

Well my advice would be take what you can from us but make sure you do what your comfortable with, I would also treat this as your first cycle something simple to get you started again, your right about the options, there will be plenty of suggestions for you but I encourage you to be open minded and do your own research everyone's body acts different. As far as anti estrogen it's going to depend on what you take some AAS will affect it dramatically others will not. And for recovery you will just need a solid PCT what are your stats and how soon do you plan on starting

Thanks for the replies. My first cycle was 12 weeks of Dbol and Sust. 250. Unfortunately I don't remember the dosages. Currently I'm 6'2, 205lbs and around 17% bf. I am trying to keep it as basic as possible. Thinking about stacking Sustanon again with an oral. It will also depend on what's available from whatever supplier I settle on. I've done plenty of research on that and have pretty much decided. However, they require my real name, etc... so I just have to get over the fact that I'm going to have to give it out. I'm ready to start as soon as I come to terms with the name thing and place an order. Should be sometime in the next week.

Hmmm, sorry for the delay. Thought I replied earlier through an app, but don't see it here. Anyway, I'm mid 30's male, 6'2" and 205 lbs at about 17% bf. Years ago when I cycled I ran Sustanon 250 and Dbol. Unfortunately I do not remember the dosages. Can't remember exactly what my PCT was, but I believe it was Nova. I'm definitely looking to keep it simple for this go round. Thinking about Test E at 600 / week (200 x3) and an oral to get things going for the first month or so. Any solid PCT recommendations would also be greatly appreciated. I'll be starting sometime in the next month. I haven't 100% settled on a source yet, although I'm pretty sure I've got it narrowed down to a couple. My big problem with pulling the trigger is having to use my real name for funds transfer. I guess a lot of you guys do it, so it's just something I'll have to deal with.

You might get several suggestions however some will be greater then others. JP nailed it. Smart guy with a lot of experience. You should run next cycle like its your first.

You should have at least a solid month of sticking to a clean diet, before starting AAS cycle if you want to "build muscle and lose fat"

PCT - look up "the perfect pct" and you will find everything you need and then some
 
Got to say I agree with JP with the app.. I just scan in all food and even save recipes for the lunch mixes I make which is super convenient!!
 
Welcome brother. Looks like you got some great advice here. Keep it basic man even take a look at sarms.
 
Thanks for the advice guys. I'll certainly be giving the app a try. I've also been looking into SARMS. Honestly I had never heard of them until I decided to get things going again a couple of months ago. They seem too good to be true being legal and all. Thinking about using them to bridge.

well what is your bodyfat% .. any idea?

why dont you try a sarms triple stack. with proper diet and training, they can work wonders for recomp

@Jp has given you here one good cycle. I would only add some liver support due to the orals. N2Guard should do. Also, add some Cardarine GW - 12.5 mgs ED for 8 weeks will improve your endurance, recovery, and muscle quality.

And you always want to run an AI during cycle right from the beginning in order to avoid the issues you've had on your first cycle.

This was one weak PCT. If you want things done properly, and recover like a wonder, do the perfect PCT this time around. You won't regret it.

And don't forget about Aromasin - it will be essential to fight the estrogenic side effects. Without the N2GUard your liver will be considerably stressed.
