I was taking supps six months ago and I would take them without food in my stomach without an issue. I bought similar supps not the exact same brands but same ingredients. But no when I take them on an empty stomach I feel really uncomfortable pain in my stomach. Any ideas why ?
If I guess what the supps are do I win a prize? No. How about saying what they are.
1. i doubt they actually do have the same ingredients. post both labels
2. our bodies do change and most people, like 98% will get worse guts as they age. i'm probably one of the few who has a stronger gut as i've gotten older but only because i know how to do it

I would just eat a little something before taking them just to see if that helps at all.
Are they actually same supplements? Have you checked the ingredient list?
Also some vitamins are better absorbed when taking with food so I usually recommend some amount of food with them.

Could be a number of reasons. Since you didn't say what they are maybe just take them with food
