An do no kinow if im on the wrong section BUT
If im doing cardio after weigth lifting, when should i have my protein drink? after between weight lifting and acardio or at the end when im done with my weight training and my cardio? and the same questions goes for carbs?
As objetive of my training is mantain muscle and loss as much fat as possible
