Strength and cardio training

An do no kinow if im on the wrong section BUT
If im doing cardio after weigth lifting, when should i have my protein drink? after between weight lifting and acardio or at the end when im done with my weight training and my cardio? and the same questions goes for carbs?

As objetive of my training is mantain muscle and loss as much fat as possible

After your workout is completed is fine. Nutrient timing is not really as important as it's made out to be. Just hit your macro goals at the end of the day. That's what matters
 
I'd say go by how you feel that day. If it was like a super tough, long and exhausting workout you might wanna gulp it down immediately after your done.
If it was like a fairly easy arm workout I'd just get the cardio done first and then have the shake.

However you prefer man.
