I am concerned over my steroid cycle, 12 weeks of testosterone and sarms. Can I get a stroke from steroids at 42? I am fairly healthy.

assuming this isnt a joke, you wont have a stroke if your BP is kept in the normal healthy range lol
being a diabetic or having a fib already puts you at a higher risk of having a stroke. aside from that maybe GW-501516 for hdl and a statin for ldl to keep your cholesterol numbers decent.
Explain why you think you would.
steroids commonly will cause a rise in heart strain. if you have poor heart health already then you are playing with fire using steroids, especially ones that are androgenic and estrogenic .. this is why we preach it is mandatory to use n2guard on cycle, it does work
why don't you run blood work and add cholesterol to it.. or you can go donate blood and they will check your #'s

Anyone could have a stroke. Just make sure your in good health and get blood work done.
i mean, if you are abusing steroids, its always a possibility and ANYTHING is possible man but not likely... use your head... if you have family history or your own history of high blood pressure, cholesterol or other factors of concern then you should be cautious, of course and depending on the severity, rethink using but in general, for a healthy person, you should be fine if you are not being an ignorant user
It's a possibility. Abusing steroids increase blood pressure and they are also associated with enlargement of certain parts of your heart.
