Hey just started working out not too long ago. Right now I use ON whey protein about 2 times a day and ON multi vit, 2 a day. I was wondering if it would be ok to add casine to my diet when I go to bed. Let me know what you think. Im really not sure what supplements to use. I am trying to gain a little weight but overall gain muscle and get tone.
 
It's honestly going to do more bad than good to drink casein before bed. I would recommend dropping the protein powders all together and just eat good clean whole foods instead. 5mg of creatine monohydrate every day is a great add.

I wouldn't add in casein before bed. You don't need that. Concentrate on getting in good quality food sources.
 
If you just stick to real quality food, few times a day, getting a great diet, you will be amazed by the results faster than taking your supplements.
