Hey guys, its winter in Sweden at the moment and i keep getting sick, which halts training and i lose my appetite and just well it sucks.

Can anyone recommend vitamins i should be taking or anything to stay healthy for a young lifter ?
 
#1 is vitamin D. Especially if you live in a winter climate with limited sun light

In addition, I would take a good quality multivitamin, fish/krill oil, fiber and a greens product.

Yes, you need to take care of health during winter. I think the idea of vitamins is quite a good one. You just have to make sure that the vitamins that you decide to take will promote maximum fat burning and also safeguard your prostate and urinary health.
