What's up fellas been a floater here for awhile getting back into the gym after tearing my pec figured I'd run a log.
Age: 23
Height: 5'11
Weight: 240lbs
Bf: not a clue

Sustanon 750mg 1-16
Deca 300mg 1-16
Npp 300mg 1-10
Aremidex and caber throughout the cycle

I'm on week three of my cycle now. Started off at 234lbs
I workout each body part twice a week, change my workouts every two weeks then sets and reps every month.

Monday: chest, delts, tris
Tuesday: legs, calves
Wednesday: back, bi
Thursday: chest, delta, tri
Friday: legs, calves
Saturday: back, bi

Eat fairly clean have a cheat day once a week at a buffet lol
Fat boy at heart

Gonna try to add in my workouts and pics in future posts
 
Everything looks great. Really well planned out. I can tell you did your homework.

You could consider adding proviron into your cycle. Proviron is a DHT derivative so it's great for preventing deca dick and it'll also lower SHBG so it'll make the steroids you stack with it more effective.

I am subscribed. I will be following along your log!

The cycle looks good to me - it really seems that you have studied before starting it. The only thing I would suggest, is Proviron, as it is the most effective way of preventing deca dick, and it will improve the effectiveness of sustanon as well. So it would be a win-win addition to the cycle, since proviron will not add any side effects - only benefits.

That, to me, is disturbing.

Knowing one's percentage of body fat while using AAS is akin to knowing one's altitude while flying an airplane.
At 5' 11" tall and 240lbs., Mullins220, your percentage of body fat may well be at or below 12%, but I seriously doubt that it is. Using AAS while carrying more than 12% bf significantly increases the odds that you will develop estrogen-related side effects, thereby negating the benefit of AAS.

So you really need to know what your percentage of body fat is at all times.

Those devices are in no way 100% accurate. But they will give you a very good idea as to your bf.

I've done two different calculators and they both came out right at 15%
I've never used them so not sure how accurate they are. Looked into the proviron I'm trying to get some of it now
 
You have a really good muscular base built up. I would say you are probably 16-18% body fat if I had to guess. A little harder to tell because you are a hairy dude!

As for the cycle, I like the layout. It is definitely interesting having both NPP and Deca in there. I am also a big advocate for trying different types of cycles instead of just going by what guys repeat over and over.

Thanks Masonic bodybuilder! It's been a long process to get the base I've gotten. Yeah I get the hair for my dad lol
This is my first run with npp or deca so I'm ready to see how my body reacts to them. I haven't seen many logs or talk about them together so I figured I'd run a log and let people know how it goes.
I'm gonna try and log my progress every day with my workouts and weights it'll keep my mind set going and have some motivation for you fellas.
I tore my pec training for the national powerlifting meet and lost my drive to workout for about 4 months
I'll be training later this event in and lost the workout and weights
