I was thinking about doing sustanon for first cycle about 8 weeks. should i do 250 mgs/week.....and also what should i expect in terms of results, i am currently 5'5 210
 
You haven't given us enough info about yourself. What's your age and approximate BF%? At 5'5 and 210, unless you're really really muscular, your BF% is in the 20-25% range, which is a no-no for using Testosterone. Testosterone aromatize in fat tissue into E, which will make you gain wrong type of weight in all the wrong places. As for sust, because of its short and long esters, you'd have to inject it x2 per week to keep the blood levels steady, not an ideal form of Test, I'd just stick to using Test E or C.

I like the idea of being conservative with the dosing but I think you might need to go a little bit higher than that.
But who am I to say, maybe you respond well to lower doses and as it is your first cycle you shouldn't need that much anyway.

Anyways, in my opinion the length of your cycle is too short.
I don't see any mention about AI or PCT.
You also didn't provide much background information of yourself which worries me a bit.

Hey I'm 5'9 225 and I'm not fat lol...prob 17%...well kinda fat maybe lmao
 
100-125/mg every 3 day or twice a week is fine.
.5 mg arimidex every third day but start this after the 1st week otherwise you will start with .25mg and increase it as needed or after assessing tolerance/feel.
Eat clean cardio 30-45 mins on empty stomach every morning 4-5 times a week
15-20% fat, 1g protein/pound of future ideal bodyweight at 10-12%, 40% carbs of your ideal future weight.
This is a good starting point. Protein can be increased and carbs reduced depending on your results you need to adjust smoothly.

You can get away with eating less fat on test cycle but 20% is enough and weightlifting workouts wont suffer your body will thank you on 250mg test with clean diet you will notice your skin get tighter better pumps 🐶
 
Weightlifting in evening say 6pm its good to gap out 8-12 hours from last cardio session if you can depending on your diet genes so strength n hypertrophy is optimal in your weightlifting sessions.

There is no perfect so just play around n make some adjustments n see what works best with your body.
