Sweed's Cutting LOG!!

lol so just a 20kg basically!!
thats what i thought but wanted to be sure.
so most weights are in LBS in the states then?
its all KG over here, it very rare to even have lbs on a plate, yeah i said plate ;)
 
Good sweed. I gotta be honest you are one big ass dude! How big was this guy if he was a "huge kid"?

Well, he was maybe like 5'8"ish, but prob like only 190- 200lbs. So, ya my measurements are prob bigger, but for me to look proportionate to him, I'd have to be like 260 or something.

Mrod- never heard anyone call them wheels! haha. That's a first for me

Oz- ya they all are in lbs i beleive, some old school plates and weights so have kg's on them. maybe some newer ones, but I dont pay attention to them :)

legs are sore! :) Chest day today on NBD!! exciting! (National Bench Day)

You saw him workout though, so you know what to do... Bouncy reps on one leg press, followed by 1/8 reps on another and bammm you'll be growing like a weed!! :p

I am good and getting my 2 days, somethines 3 days rest per week, lol. thats all I need for maintaining right now. I wish I could KTS everyday, but that would not be the best for body!

This month, Feb, and like half of March I will be maintaining. I might lose a litter fat, but I have upped my cals to maintain. Cutting will resume in March! :D at which point I might be going on a test cycle for some nice lbm gains and a ton of fat loss to get into low bf territory!

When I was cutting it was kind of hard eating, I wasn;t eating much either. I got a little cold for a few weeks, so although things didn;t go perfect, I was/ am happy with the results.
(Ya forget the first page of those goals as I'm pretty far off from them, lol)

Still at the same bf, and keeping my size now 3 weeks into pct from the shredder stack. Might do a show this summer, which would be pretty cool, because my GF and I would do the same, local/ smaller show :D
So you can see why I am picking end of march to start cuting again and to start that cycle! PLus being rippley shredded in the summer is always a good thing! :D

DC is great...just finished my first run....i'm doing light / medium weights before I can hit my 2nd run of DC in a month or so...

sometimes lethargic, but I think that could have been from the beastdrol. I had burner that kept me going, and that did a number on the appetite too! lol
I dont have sugar cravings. My meals were clean, but tastey so I don't get too many cheat cravings! lol

Nope, I make my own stuff with the help of my GF because she is an excellent cook! :D

I did have some of Needto's chicken wings and seasoned sweet potatoe fries at his house a few months ago that were the BOMB!!! :44:

I just guestimate, lol. I havn't measured food in years and years, I figured I was so high in bf , and knew approx. how much pro,carb,fat was in a certain food, I could do fine, and I did. This spring though, I think I'll be a little more accurate. :)

Tonight is back, and I am really so psyched to get at it, and its only 8 AM!!
I got some new supps, and thanks to my beautiful GF for picking them up for me! :D
I got more Need2 choco whey, muscle replenisher, and HCGenerate. :D
I love new supps! :) I will start the HCGenerate on Feb 1st, kind of a continued pct; the sustain, toco-8, post cycle is working great. SO after those 4 weeks, I will do just the HCGenerate and see what the results are! :)

Also thinking about starting the cycle a little later now in April if I do a show, which could be in late June, Julyish so that would work better with the test cycle. Start the diet the original time in March.

Just thinking a little more into the future, but nothing is set in stone yet, so I will keep my options open! :)
 
Well good luck w/ your goals this spring and summer. Way to set them in advance too and have a plan! :thumbup1:
 
sounds good!!! i was think the same my next run i was going to have everything planned out from diet to workout and try and log it better.

300+ grams ed. 250 carbs. 100 fat. Just upped to about 3200.

ozz- ya 200 cals isn't much difference over the 6 meals. its about 8 grams more of protein and carbs together per meal, and thats not much :) But I need to have it up there, and maybe add more in a few weeks, so when I start to diet, I'll be able to drop cals if I hit a plateau :)

Sounds like a great couple days! I couldn't help but cheat yesterday too, it was all pretty clean but wayyy over the on the cals. It was one of 'those' days and I didn't bother holding back because, well, I couldn't! Need to every once and awhile to stay sane, KTS!
 
I like meat in just about all my meals, lol. Except breakfast and pwo I have whey, and sometimes my last meal, lol. I love a great cheat meal, the only one I an picture one without meat would be a big bolw of homemade ma and cheese! :)

Back day today after a nice steak dinner with my hunny. I can't wait for this workout since my last few weeks I have had awesome workouts during my pct. Even better and looking better than on my shredder stack! Lol

Workout was very quick but it was still very good. It was a late workout, so didn't want to spend a long time in there. Felt good, and getting ready for next week.
Tues leg day. Wed chest, and thursday back! Then the weekend celebration begins! Lol :D
