I pull .5ml test, I usually end up pulling way more than I need and pushing the excess, along with any air bubbles, back into the vial. As long as I'm pulling always from the same one vial this isn't a problem.

However, I'm planning to start adding .25ml of Deca to each pin, and if I keep being sloppy about pulling the correct dosage I imagine I will get Test in my Deca. Is that an issue?

Be more careful. Pull more than you need to get the bubbles out. But then push up less than you need. Remove needle. Then slowly pull back and watch all that gear fill back up that was sitting in the needle. Then pullback just slightly more. Barely. Then stick in deca and repeat.

You could always try being not sloppy.

It's perfectly fine to combine different oils in the same syringe for an injection.

If you are withdrawing from the vial correctly, there should be very minimal air bubbles and zero wasted oil. Maybe ask one of your gym buddies to show you proper withdrawing technique?

A little of one oil going into another oil is not a problem . There will always be a little bit that gets in when using more than one oil in the same syringe. Just be careful when doing it and you will minimize that problem.

Nor do you need to sweat the air bubbles. I don't.

It very easy. Keep the air out of the pull and you will be right on.

yeah, the bubbles are no big deal. You aren't delivering it in to a vein. And even if you did, it'd have to be a hell of a lot of air to blow in a vein. In fact, there are some medical procedures that do just that. However you would need like 250ml of bolus (air bubble or med) to actually kill you) (it's called an air embolism) It shouldn't happen into a muscle.

You will be fine combining them. Just pull what you need and be aware of any vacuum. That is the only way one oil is going to go into another vial anyways.
