I was wondering if you guys think im taking to many supplements. In the morning i drink a protein shake and take 2 multi. vit.(directions say 2 pills 3 times a day), 1g fish oil, 1 green tea pill, and 3 pills i have to take prescribed by my doctor, i do the same at lunch, and after my workout i take a extra gram of vitamin C and E and a serving of cellmass. At dinner i take the same as the morning and breakfast and lunch and before bed i take cellmass again. I take an extra gram of C and E because i work 12 hour shift work and i think that might help me stay healthy. I was wondering if taking all these supps and vitamins will hurt me like my liver or something. I ve been doing this for about 6 months and nver been sick and am getting stronger too.
